MARKETING
Whilst doing the marketing part of the role you will take photos to be able to list items on the ebay shop. You will check the site to be able to respond to buyers and get items ready and packed to send.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
During customer service you will be working on the till greeting and serving customers. Mark what sales were made to help with stock control and knowing what items customers like to the most and help with opening and closing procedures.
STOCK CONTROL
For stock control you will be in charge of inventory. You will mark in new donations and auction items helping you decide what stock will be needed from auction. You will also be researching items to find information on the stock to also decide what price to sell them for.
